President & Managing Partner
Chris Albion is the President and Managing Partner of Helping Hands Healthcare. He works directly with all hospital partners and private patients to collaborate on their healthcare staffing needs, ensuring Helping Hands Healthcare is well positioned to anticipate and meet every staffing need for both hospital and private patients alike. His responsibilities include market, service and program development, trend analysis and reporting. He manages the strategic partnership development opportunities for Helping Hands Healthcare along with stakeholder engagement. Chris is an expert in market and trend analysis in relation to healthcare, financial planning, and has significant experience in project management and strategic planning.
In his previous role as President of an Engineering company, Emcara, Chris developed relationships with international automotive companies such as, Toyota, Daimler, and BMW. Chris specializes in strategic partnerships, contract negotiations, financial and strategic planning and market analysis.
CFO & Managing Partner
Glenn is the Chief Financial Officer for Helping Hands Healthcare and works with major hospitals across the Greater Toronto Area to ensure collaborative budgeting and financial management with our partner hospitals. He has extensive leadership experience in finance and treasury groups in the Healthcare industry, and companies including Tim Hortons, Nortel Networks, and Celestica. Overall, he has closed over $5B in debt financing deals over his vast career.
Previously as CFO/COO of Emcara, Glenn assisted in growing and diversifying the customer base globally by establishing distributors outside of North America. He was also instrumental in banking relationships, cash management systems, stabilizing back-office operations and scalable business processes.
Senior Clinical Advisor
Nora was Senior Vice President and a Senior Consultant within Marsh Toronto’s Marsh Risk Consulting and is MRC’s National Leader in Healthcare and Clinical Risk. She offers clients 20 years of academic and healthcare experience including process improvement and quality improvement strategy projects.
Nora has worked nationally and internationally with various health care organizations including acute care, senior and long-term care facilities, and alongside allied health care professionals to provide advisory and risk management services resulting in improved patient outcomes, improved provision of services and risk mitigation strategies.
Prior to her current role at Marsh, Nora was a Lead Nurse Practitioner (NP) in a Streamline Care Unit for a large Toronto hospital. Within this sub-unit of the hospital’s General Pediatrics centre, Nora developed and implemented strategies to streamline the care delivery model.

Whether Hospitals or Private Patients, our Coordinators build lasting relationships with our Clients and are known for their effectiveness and responsiveness. They work collaboratively as a team, day in and day out, supporting each other to fulfill your healthcare Hospital Staffing or Home Care needs.
Helping Hands Healthcare pioneered the concept of leveraging senior, highly experienced Nurses to provide clinical oversight and education for our nursing staff. They act as a resource to our Hospital Partners and provide case management for our Private Care Practice. Our Nurse Educators are highly experienced and actively engaged in the provision of nursing services, while playing a critical role in the continued success of our team.
