Once an agreement is in place between Helping Hands Healthcare and your facility or hospital, we get to work immediately to ensure your staffing needs are met. Our call support centre is ready to work with you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to fill staff vacancies and ensure the proper training and orientation practices are completed before placement. We also provide up-to-date utilization reports for your facility. This allows you to track the status of your requests and helps you to monitor your staffing needs while managing your budget.

Travel Assignments
Helping Hands Healthcare provides support to hospitals across Canada. This allows us to help hospital units that are short-staffed while providing opportunities for nurses with various designations to acquire experience in other provinces. Nurses can receive assignments from four weeks to 52 weeks in duration, with further extensions as a possibility. Throughout each assignment, we stay in close contact with everyone and provide the necessary resources to ensure the placement is successful.
