Helping Hands Healthcare launches innovative new “Loyalty Bonus Pay” program; Program rewards the company’s most dedicated staff
TORONTO, Aug. 2, 2017 – Helping Hands Healthcare has introduced a brand new pilot program offering financial rewards to the company’s most loyal, dedicated personal support workers, registered practical nurses and registered nurses.
“As the GTA’s premier health care staffing and personal care support organization, we are constantly looking for ways to thank our team for their dedication and loyalty. This is our way of sharing in the growth we continue to experience and to thank our professional staff for their hard work and contributions,” said Chris Albion, managing partner, Helping Hands Healthcare.
From July to September, staff who accumulate assignments during the quarter over a certain threshold will automatically be eligible to receive extra Loyalty Bonus payments for the level of hours worked.
